Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reply to customer messages, calls, and queries on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and email in a timely, polite, and helpful manner in English and Bangla.
  • Handle customer complaints, refund requests, order tracking, and other support-related conversations.
  • Consult product/service guides to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior representatives as required.
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Thank you and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Convert leads or inquiries into sales using guided selling methods.
  • Analyze customer journeys and support tickets to identify process improvement areas.
  • Stay updated with new company policies, products/services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
  • Positive attitude and patience to handle difficult customers.
  • Familiarity with social media management and CRM systems, Meta business suite, Meta ads manager, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with lead nurturing and basic sales skills.
